Minstrel Banjo

For enthusiasts of early banjo

After all the discussion about accordions I got my 19th century one out and darned if it wasn't in "A" (I don't think I'd ever checked) Here's a generic (slightly untidy) Rattle Snake Jig, on Banjos Accordion & Percussion - all me.

Don't tidy it up. It's mighty fine! Got a streaming issue right now....can't quite get it going here for a straight listen, but I love the pieces I hear.

Finally got a clean play of it...great. Tambo almost sounds like the rattle as I watch imagery. Where did that very last shot come from...hmmm?

Ian, that was a very enjoyable video. Please make more with your accordian and banjo - loved it!

Thanks for the kind words. I should credit the great "Banjo Sightings" database, from which I lifted a couple of the pictures. If you haven't checked it out you should.
