Callowhill Jig with Minor Variation

An elegantly arranged tune from the "Yellow book" by Frank Converse, 1865. Inspired by Bob Winans' presentation at AEBG V and Greg Adams' minor variation on Sebastopol Breakdown, I tried the minor treatment on this one and thought it worked pretty well. I call it "Barrowhill Jig".

Hmm, I wonder if I can get an external mic going into my phone.  Sounds super-compressed here!

Are you using an iPhone?

Yes, iPhone 4S.  I trimmed the clip with iMovie for iOS - I should compare the original video with the trimmed one and see how the audio compares.

That really adds some color and life to the piece.  I'm going to have to revisit it now!

I have seen that title but don't recall hearing it. I like it.
