Here is Sagwa, my latest build, all ready to play during my upcoming Historical Notes programs. Some of the features include an inlaid Indian Head penny to memorialize the American medicine show, carved bone nut, inlaid herringbone position markers, violin peg tuners, tacked deer hide head, replica F. B. Converse bridge, mother of pearl inlaid tailpiece, Nylgut Minstrel strings. The neck and rim were dyed for their color, and the smooth finish is the result of a twenty coat French polish…See More

I just did another show and put together a short video of some of the highlights.  It was a real good crowd.  It's fun to get people up to try the tambourine and bones.

Wish I could be there, sounds great.  Is that a Bell & Son Boucher Your Playing?  I ask because I just ordered the Kit from Terry and can't wait to get it.
