This is the other new banjo I recently completed building.  It has a mahogany neck with boxwood fingerboard.  Though not a copy, it has Boucher inspired style features.

Did you ease or radius the neck at all to avoid buzz?

It is not too important to relieve the fingerborad with a fretless minstrel banjo since a fairly high action is used.  However, I do try to provide about .010" relief.  I don't think this is necessarily needed, and you will probably be fine with a completely flat fingerboard.
