Apparently it's either "Harp-Zither" from around 1900, or a "MacArthur Harp" from around 1965:  That and more here:  http://www.fretlesszithers.net/harpochord.htm

PS I found it by remembering Margaret MacArthur's name, and hearing about her in the folk/early music circles of 1970's New England.  A vdeo is here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTZxjH_aADw

I admit I found her style rather annoying at the time, but I was a serious young man, and others found it enchanting.  I've mellowed since then.
