Nice build! Love your stairs... almost designed to send someone dumbling down the stairs... My guess would be pre1850.?.? My home (1840) has the same uneven treads and yes, I have taken a tumble a few times.

Glad you like it. Yeah the house is Victorian(ish). These are the stairs down to my workshop and they're pretty treacherous, ive learned to navigate them well but visitors often come a cropper :-)
