Primitive NC fretless

Neck 19" (walnut?), pot 9 1/2" (oak?). Neck and dowel appear to have been carved out of one piece of wood. See notes on nails..... all are ferrous, tacks for heads look modern, tacks for scarf joint may be 19th century
