Shopping for a banjo
Hi!
I am back and am looking to buy a minstrel banjo. I’m looking for something with nice deep tone around 1k.
Prefer a 26” scale.
Contacted Hartel about a Boucher but his are out of my budget (and the wait time is long). Saw a Bell Sweeney for sale on reverb, but not sure about the tone? Wasn’t impressed by the YouTube video but it might just be the playing wasn’t great.
I live in Montreal.
All recommendations are welcome!
