That's a mouthful !!!  Nice plunkin' too.  John, did you get a Sweeney because the famous old Sweeney is a lefty? Just curious.

That was the deciding reason for getting the Sweeney.  There were a few left handed players back then, but I don't know what they were playing.  Its been great to say that my left handed banjo is a copy of one made back then.  Of course, the tie to Sweeney is appealing as well.

Wow man that sounded awesome.  Your banjo has such a crisp tone with that low end just underneath. I bet that sounds incredible in person.  Great tune!

really great! I just got a Sweeney model myself (made "backwards" I suppose you could say :)) Looking forward to seeing you and Elaine at the next AEBG!
