Help!
Several years ago I downloaded and printed this page from SOMEWHERE. Now I want to know its provenance and can't figure out which book it's from. (I've checked out all the usual suspects) Does this look familiar to anyone? All suggestions gratefully received. Thanks!

A fiddler colleague and I just recorded a CD of wild and crooked traditional Metis fiddle tunes we learned from an old (now deceased) player in Manitoba. One of the tunes was a mutation of the "Minor Reel". I've always known this tune as "The Jolly Drummer Boy". I think it's also part of the fife & drum repertoire as well.
