That's Nice Anthony! Hey, I gotta brag on behalf of our friend Mark Weems who recorded a MASTERPIECE of "Old Black Joe." I think you will like it! http://minstrelbanjo.ning.com/video/old-black-joe

It is exactly thanks to this video that I wanted to make this beautiful song of Stephen Foster, this interpretation is just masterful :)

I'm with you Anthony! When I heard Mark do it I thought "Oh yeah, I GOT to learn that one!" And, I do a pretty darned good version but it pales to Mark's performance ... a Masterpiece! (And I don't use that term often) Best Wishes, Tom. PS: I am a big fan of YOUR recordings as well!

Thank you Tom I work as best I can to learn the story of these pioneer composers, and then share these songs with as many people as possible to bring these immortal songs to life again and again :)

Well done!! Anthony, you are a one man band. Good stuff....And Tom, I agree with you: Mark's vocal version really hit's the target on this soulful Foster tune.
