Funny...the magnets in the lids are a great advantage in keeping the cap on, but they stack funny when close together.....repelling and shifting.

Most iPad 'smart'cases have magnet closures.  Mine 'magnets' my iPad to the metal outdoor cafe table I sometimes sit at...lol

Hi Dan'l - Magnets won't erase flash drives since they don't use magnetism to store memory. One of the many advantages of a flash drive.
