Share 'Audio?'

Does anyone have audio recordings or know where to get them for "Learning Minstrel Banjo" by Bob Flesher?  The book mentions a CD coming with it but I didn't get one.  It would be helpful to know what the songs and some of the exercises sound like.   Thanks,   Daniel
