<p>I myself prefer that the nuts on both my mountain dulcimers and banjos are not glued in at all. If glueing, a tiny tiny dot will do. But you want someone to be able to replace or adjust the nut without have to knock it out too hard. I find that string tension holds it just fine. Just my preference.</p>
