Minstrel Banjo

For enthusiasts of early banjo

I have been thinking, since there are original banjos, violins, and tambourines, where are the original bones. does anyone know if there are bones from the minstrel era that exist today.

Yale University has an amazing set of period presentation ebony bones with silver mounts which has an engraved minstrel banjoist. Best I’ve ever seen. Jim Bollman
